Applicants must complete the EDTF application form requesting funding related to eating disorder prevention and education. The completed application should be sent to Mary Rouse, MD, at the Charis Center, at least 120 days prior the date it is to be used. A screening committee will first evaluate the application and then present its recommendations to the Task Force. EDTF members then vote on whether to fund the project. If funds are provided, the applicant who received the funding must provide EDTF with a written report regarding the funded project within 30 days following completion of the project
